Our Story

A small group of people were tired of the "religious" system of the church and a leadership who dictated life them. This small group of people began a Bible study in Pastor Greg's living room, spilling over into the kitchen as he taught verse-by-verse.
The group banded together to created a judgement free place for anyone to gather and hear the word of God taught within the context of how it was written by God. The experience strengthen the resolve of this group to reach our community and show them the love of Christ.
Today, Calvary Fellowship meets as an imperfect people who loves a perfect God. Our desire is to share the love of God in word and actions. Join us as we study God's word verse-by-verse and live our imperfect life together, seeking God's perfection.

The church is not a building but the people who know Christ as their Savior. Therefore, as the body we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus by serving our community practically.  Our hope is for our  acts of service to be a light to the community to draw others to the feet of Jesus so they too will become part of the church as God intended for all people.

The possibilities are endless! Man cannot build the church but God adds to the church as recorded in the Book of Acts. Our responsibility is to be available to God and serve Him as He directs.

At Calvary Fellowship, we act according to God's leading and guidance. As the Lord leads we strive to abide by His word  by loving God and loving people. We do that by not judging, by teaching His word verse-by-verse, serving others where we can, and creating a community with an imperfect people looking to grow in Him.
